WHY AM I HERE?

Off and on for the last few years I have had strong feelings that I've needed to start a blog. I have no idea if anyone will read this Chemistry-loving-english-hating-sick-girl 's blog, but I hope that my experiences will help someone someday.
IT ALL BEGAN.... 21 years 5 months and 2 days ago, when an outrageous amount of women in the St. George Valley experienced an earthquake, that broke their waters and pushed them into labor. There was no room in the hospital so the Physicians sent my mother back home; about 18 hours later I was born with shaking arms and legs. I was quickly taken up to Primary Children's Hospital and diagnosed with a rare condition that I would eventually outgrow called "Shaky Baby Syndrome." I wish that I could say that I outgrew it completely, and that I never grew into any other health condition, but I can't. I am 21 years old and have had 2 heart surgeries, 1 tonsillectomy, 1 autoimmune disease, 1 broken bone, countless doctors appointments, and an incredible life.
THIS IS THE STORY OF WHY I AM HERE, ACHY BREAKY BONES AND ALL.
